Do I need to be super fit to attend?

No but you should have a baseline level of training experience. Sessions are scalable, coached, and technique-focused. This is about quality movement and intent.

What will the training be like?

Expect structured, intelligent sessions focused on strength, hypertrophy, and performance fundamentals. You’ll understand why we train the way we do not just go through the motions.

What about recovery?

Recovery is built into the schedule daily with pool sessions, sauna, ice baths, massages, breathwork, and unstructured downtime are intentionally included.

Is everything mandatory?

No. While core sessions are encouraged, some activities are optional. This is your retreat, autonomy matters.

What’s the food like?

Meals are performance-focused, high-protein, and balanced, designed to support training and recovery without feeling restrictive. Dietary requirements can be catered for with notice.

Will there be free time?

Yes. The schedule is intentionally designed to allow space, not overload. You’ll have time to relax, explore, journal, or simply switch off.

Where is the accommodation located? 

Jl. Nelayan, Canggu. Approximately 90 minutes from the airport and a 10-minute walk to Nelayan Beach

Are there restaurants nearby? 

Yes, plenty within a 3–10 minute walk.

Are credit cards accepted in Bali? 

Yes, Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted, except at small local stalls.

Which airport should guests fly into? 

Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Do I need to stay at the villa?

Yes. Staying together is a key part of the experience and what creates the strong group dynamic and connections.

What if I’m travelling alone?

That’s completely fine. Many attendees come solo and leave with strong friendships formed through shared training and experiences.

Who else will be there?

A small group of like-minded, driven individuals coaches, professionals, athletes, and everyday people who take their health seriously and value good conversation.
